Yes. This is a fully insured Michigan LLC. I carry comprehensive general liability insurance to protect your property while I’m on-site. Proof of insurance is available upon request before any work begins.

Every project is unique based on the density of the vegetation, the type of terrain, and the specific goals for the land. Because of this, I do not provide flat "sight-unseen" rates. I offer free on-site consultations to walk the property with you, assess the work required, and provide a firm, professional estimate for the entire project.

Speed depends on the density of the brush and the terrain. On average, I can clear 1–2 acres of thick overgrowth per day. I provide a more accurate timeline during our on-site consultation.

The landowner is responsible for contacting MISS DIG (811) to mark all underground gas, electric, and water lines before I arrive. For the safety of the equipment and the property, all hidden hazards—including old fence wire, well heads, and large rocks—should be clearly flagged.
